FOTD: Pink Paradise

Time for another face of the day. This time something appropriate for the spring that simply won’t be happening any time soon, but hey: we have to stay positive right? It features some pink eyeshadow and a neutral lip. In other words, it is a very wearable, every day look that is suitable for any occasion. Enjoy!

Products used:

Face: MAC Face & Body foundation in C1, MAC Select Moisture Cover concealer in NW20 (mixed with some Benefit High Beam), MAC Prep + Prime Transparent pressed finishing powder, MAC Mineralized blush in Solar Ray, Sephora Sundisk bronzer in Light, Too Faced Candle Light Translucent illuminating powder.

Brows: MAC Omega eyeshadow, HEMA clear brow gel.

Eyes: MAC eyeshadows in Yoghurt, Paradisco and Expensive Pink, MAC fluidline in Dipdown, Maybelline The Falsies Flared mascara in black.

Lips: Revlon lip butter in Berry Smoothie.

Eye look up close

Yoghurt is the brow highlight. Paradisco is on the lid. Expensive Pink is in the crease, outer v and lower lashline.

Can I just say one thing: I love my hair color right now! I got myself a cut and dye in January and am still so happy with it. Cut wise nothing much has changed as I’m letting my hair grow out. Hair color wise the change is there, but subtle. What I did was get highlights in the top part of my hair while the bottom was dyed a dark coppery brown color. It creates the perfect amount of shade and texture to make the color interesting, but I’m still blonde which is what I wanted. And I just realized you hadn’t seen me with my hair down in a while. But now you know. Enjoy your day!

  1. […] Another lucky steal was this mineralize blush. This collection sold out quickly and I just happened to be browsing the MAC website at the right time. It’s a blush I use for weeks on end, only to forget about it again. Then I use it again, realize how pretty this is on and then I go through a phase where I only use this for a while. I just keep going round in circles. It’s a bit chunky which is why I’m not always feeling it, but it’s a beautiful color and texture once applied. I’m wearing in here and here. […]

  2. […] This is the only bronzer no longer in my possession. But this was the first bronzer I ever tried that I absolutely loved. It is matte, it was huge and I bought it on sale: so what’s not to love right? After trying a few other bronzers, I found that this is a tad too orange for me, but up until that point, this received a lot of love. The bulky packaging, combined with a color that wasn’t exactly right for me made me give this product to a friend, but for the time I used it I loved it. I am wearing it in this blog post. […]
