Current favorite youtubers

One of my favorite things to do on a lazy Sunday afternoon is watching Youtube videos. I am subscribed to quite a few channels and I thought I’d share a few new ones I started following in recent months. Lately, I have found myself with little time to watch videos when they are uploaded and so I now watch a bunch of them back to back during a lazy evening or afternoon. I simply gather all the ones I want to see in a playlist, hit play and since my computer is hooked up to my TV, I get to lounge out while watching. Ideal!

What I Heart Today/ Lily Pebbles

The first youtuber I’ve started watching recently is Lily Pebbles, aka what I heart today. Most of her videos are beauty, skin care and make up related, but she also vlogs and talks about fashion from time to time. I just think she’s stunning with a very classic style. Very unlike me, yet I still like hearing what she has to say.

Tara Stiles

American yoga instructor who I’ve following since forever. I had simply stopped watching some of her videos as she annoyed me for a bit, but after I read her book Slim, Calm, Sexy Yoga this winter, I totally went back to following her vids. I even ordered her yoga DVDs from Amazon and created playlists on youtube with some of her flows and routines to do myself for a bit of a home work out.

If you are familiar with The Platform, then you may also know or like DailyMix. This you could call the British counterpart to the Platform, with different videos from famous British youtubers on a daily basis. From comedy to beauty, from fashion to chattiness: this channel fuses it all together. Includes the Pixiwoo sisters, Tanya Burr, Jim Chapman, Wayne Goss, Ruth Crilly, Zoella, Sprinkle of Glitter and many more.

Jamie Oliver – Food Tube

It’s probably no surprise to you if I say that I like to cook but I don’t really use youtube to find any recipes. Jamie Oliver’s channel is a good one though: lots of variety and it’s not just him. Because honestly a youtube channel with only Jamie Oliver is a bit too much. I really enjoyed watching the lasagne recipe in the video I posted here and am willing to try it some time.

I Covet Thee

The only reason why I started watching this channel is because Alix is a stunning looking girl, has a great fashion sense and amazing quality videos. She talks mainly about make up and beauty on youtube, but also posts hauls. For a taste of her fashion sense you will have to check out her blog, which is also well worth a visit.

Did you already watch these channels? Which channels have you been watching that you think I should check out?
