Tag time! I haven’t done a tag in a while, so time to get down and answer some personal questions again.

Red. And I love wearing it.

2.) Favorite number

Eeeehhh… Don’t have one really.

3.) Dream career

What I’m doing for a living: being a teacher. I’d wanted to be a teacher since I was 14 years old and was loving it until last Christmas. Then I started to doubt whether I should really be doing this. After a bit of a detour, I can say that yes, teaching is my calling, though in what capacity and which subjects might be up for change depending on what my future will bring. What is clear however is that I am attracted to helping people to learn new things.

4.) Where do you see yourself living when you’re on your own?

I’ve been living on my own for 12 years, so this doesn’t apply to me really. But my dream place would be an apartment that I no longer have to share with a nice view over the city.

5.) Favorite way to travel

By foot or by train. It allows me to listen to tons of music and when I’m on the train for a long time I love to read magazines and books or just stare out of the window and day dream.

6.) What do you do in your free time?

So much! I blog (duh), dance, work out, listen to music, cook and bake, read, watch TV series and movies (I alternate between the two), shop and sleep mostly.

7.) Favorite clothing stores

H&M (seriously 70% of my wardrobe is from that store), Urban Outfitters, Topshop.

8.) Who would you like to see in concert?

Pfff. I’ve already seen tons of people. But high on my wishlist are Pearl Jam, The Weeknd and Beyoncé.

9.) Favorite tea blend?

Green mint tea or a camomile blend. My favorite black tea is the Yunnan tea by Twinings.

10. Do you collect anything?

Yes. I collect make up, nail polish, dresses, shoes, books, CDs and records. I know, quite a lot of collections to go about, but I’m a bit of a hoarder really.

11. I can’t sleep without?

Absolute darkness and chapstick on my lips

12. If you were given 1 million dollars all for yourself what would you do with it?

Travel the world and pay off my student debt.

13. Favorite make-up brand?

Chanel for lipstick, Urban Decay for eyeshadow, Dior for foundation, Nars for blush, OPI for nail polish, MAC for eyeliner, concealer and powder.

14. Favorite treat to eat?

Tony Chocolonely chocolate bars with caramel and sea salt. <3

15. What is your favorite season?

Despite my hayfever, spring time.

16. Do you sleep with your doors open or closed?

Closed and locked.

17. Why did you start blogging?

Because I wanted to write and missed it after finished my studies. During my studies I had to write a massive amount of essays, but about 2 years after graduating I just got this itch. I started this blog, wrote about everything I liked and still do.

18. Do you have any magazine subscriptions?

Yes, I happen to have a subscription to Elle and Marie Claire. It’s my little bit of frivolousness to break away from the seriousness of my job. I used to have subscriptions to Time Magazine and Newsweek in contrast.

19. What were you doing at 12AM last night?

Trying to fall asleep, but my upstairs neighbor was blasting his music so loudly that even earplugs didn’t work.

20. Favorite perfume

Balenciaga Florabotanica. Best. Fragrance. Ever.
