I’ve been totally into my cool toned shadows this month! Like the month before for days I was obsessed with one particular look. Created with the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette, it was a look that I recreated with other palettes as well. The gist is a super shimmery shade on the lid, a muted neutral in the crease and a bit of liner in a darker shade. It’s neutral, it’s a bit smokey and it’s always cool toned.

The look I am showing you today was the one I wore in my Fall Transitional Haul & Lookbook a few weeks ago. That’s right! I was so taken with this makeup look that I wore it in a video. I did wear a few different lip options these past few weeks. Apart from the one I am showing you here, I wore MAC’s Russian Red to work 3 days in a row. Here’s what I used:

Base:

• Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua foundation
• Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer
• MAC Prep + Primer Transparent setting powder pressed

Face:

• Makeup Forever Pro Fusion Bronzer
• Wet N Wild Megaglo Contour palette
• Hourglass Strobing powder
• Kiko Shade Fusion Trio blush

Eyes:

• Milani Eyeshadow primer
• Urban Decay Naked 2
• L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes mascara

Lips:

• Bite Beauty lipstick Rhubarb

To create the eye look, I used YDK all over the lid. I applied Tease, a matte shade, in the crease. I applied Snakebite to the outer V and Pistol to the lower lash line. For liner, I applied Busted along the lash line. I blend out the look with Foxy and Bootycall is in the inner corner. It is quite a basic look, but I think it is very flattering.

I’ve kept my face very neutral and have been rotating between some of my favorite blushes for the fall time on a daily basis. Since it’s fall, I switched round my other base and face products too. From one day to the next, I felt my foundation as too dark, my concealer too drying and my bronzer too orange. Funny how that seems to happen almost overnight.
