If you’ve been following this space, then you will have seen several posts where I go over some of my favorite makeup products for the fall time. Lips of course couldn’t be left out and so today’s blog post will focus on my 5 favorite lipsticks for fall. 
Favorite fall lipsticks
You may notice that many of the lipsticks shades are red or mauve. I love reds in the fall time as well as mauves. MAC’s Russian Red and Bite Beauty Rhubarb are favorites, but I didn’t want to sound like a broken record. That is why this blog post shows you 5 perfect fall shades that might otherwise go under the radar.
Catrice Ultimate Colour lipstick 470 My Little Peony – This a mauve pink that has a very deep undertone to it. On my lips it looks quite purple, but that is due to the face that I have quite a bit of purple in my own lips. Shades like these are so perfect for fall as they pair well with jewel tones.
Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche lipstick Maple – Maple is a great brown toned red. Maple is rich and intense and goes well with a brown smokey eye or perhaps a more simple look. It has a rich and creamy texture that stays put very nicely.

MAC Matte lipstick Chili – If you want a matte lipstick that isn’t as dark as Maple by Bite Beauty, but that falls in the same category, then MAC’s Chili is a safe bet. It goes on like you can expect from a MAC lipstick, stays put and it has a warmer undertone which is stunning in the fall time.
Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution lipstick Love Liberty – A berry has to be part of a fall lipstick overview and I chose Love Liberty by Charlotte Tilbury. Her matte lipsticks are one of my favorite formulas and Love Liberty is quite different for a berry. It is not as plum and purple as most: it definitely has a more red toned base. This makes the lipstick a lot easier to pull off: a vampy shade for a rainy day.
NYX Liquid Suede liquid lipstick Soft Spoken – I only selected one liquid lipstick for this blog post, because I prefer wearing regular lipsticks in the fall and winter time. It is simply less drying on my lips. NYX Liquid Suede are not that intense though and Soft Spoken is a stunning brown toned nude. It has just enough pink for it to be wearable and this goes with so many different looks that it’s simply a great staple to have.
