Shop my Stash | March 2018

March is of course long gone by now, but I couldn’t skip my March Shop my Stash! There have been quite a few items that I have been using again and quite a few of them are new to this month’s routine. I like changing up plenty of makeup items on a regular basis and rotate through what I have in my makeup collection. Of course there are a few items that I use every single month until they run out, but when they do they obviously need to be replaced. These are the makeup items I used in the month of March.  shop my stash march 2018

I Heart Makeup Mint Chocolate Chip eyeshadow palette – Not yet reviewed, but I couldn’t withhold some items that I have been using to work on a review. I have definitely gotten quite some eyeshadow palettes these past few months and I am planning on churning out the reviews one by one. So stay tuned for more!

Make Up Revolution Zodiac Water Sign eyeshadow palette – Another palette that I worked on for a review this month is one from the Zodiac Sign collection MUR released not too long ago. Remember when I said I wanted to wear more color? See, I’ve been a good girl.

Catrice Ultimate Matt lipstick Rouge lala – This lipstick was the inspiration for my most recent video and I keep on wearing it. It completely rekindled my love for all things red lipstick and that is why I had to feature it in this blog post.

Kiko Glow Fusion highlighter Brilliant Champagne – Reviewed just yesterday, this highlight is a new favorite of mine. It is subtle and great for everyday and I love highlighters like that.

H&M Beauty Bronzer Sheer Tan – I sadly had to stop using this bronzer as I found out this was a touch too dark for me for right now. Right now, I am at my palest and so I had to bust out my super light bronzers, yet I still think this is a good bronzer and will come back to it when I am a bit darker.

Wet N Wild Ombré Blush In a Purple Haze – Purple blush you may think? Oh yes, that is exactly what I have been digging for my early spring look. It works great on fair skin and this blush has a bit of shimmer to it, which gives a very bright, luminous look.

Make Up Revolution Conceal & Define concealer C3 – Have I found a new holy grail concealer? I haven’t used it enough to make such a bold claim just yet, but it is definitely coming close. This barely creases on me, doesn’t look cakey and the color is spot on.

Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray – Still not reviewed, because this is one of those products that I just don’t think about reviewing. It is quite a ‘boring’ item in my makeup routine, but I have been using it for a good solid few months now and it is just about to run out, despite the fact that this is a mini.

Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil – My favorite brow pencil of all time is this one by Soap & Glory. I have since discovered the NYX Microbrow which I also love and is easier to get a hold of, but I am traveling to London later this month and I am looking forward to picking up one or two new ones of these.

L’Oreal Brow Artist Plumper brow gel – A brow gel that still isn’t my favorite, but I am one of those people that will still keep going even if I’m not entirely sold on the product. It is alright, but I will definitely not repurchase and I will be glad when it’s done.

Bobbi Brown Correcter Light Bisque – Another product that is still going. I already hit pan on it last month, but it is only growing slowly and slowly. It’s being worn down steadily, but I think I won’t be using this up any time soon.

Bobbi Brown Pressed Powder Pale Yellow – Powder wise I am still going strong with my Bobbi Brown powder that I have been using for a while now. It’s a got a huge dent in it, but no pan is visible yet. But we’ll soldier on.

L’Oreal True Match foundation N1 – I reviewed this foundation last month. It was a good one, but I found it a touch too dark for my super pale, late winter/ early spring skin. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed it looked a little dark along my jaw line, so I switched to a different foundation for the latter half of the month.

Dior DiorSkin Nude foundation Ivory – This foundation is an oldie but a goodie in my stash. I go back to it every winter as I get very pale. This is the lightest shade available and it is a good foundation. I have found this winter that it creased on me quite badly, confirming that my skin is indeed changing.

Milani Eyeshadow primer – A good affordable eyeshadow primer is difficult to find and I am still happy with this one by Milani. It is running out quicker than the more high end versions I’ve tried, but it still a great product to use.

Essence Lash Princess mascara & Maybelline Classic Volume mascara – After using up my Lash Paradise last month, I switched to another super popular mascara: Essence’s Lash Princess. I like it, but it doesn’t wow me. I want a bit more volume from my mascaras, but for a cheap mascara, this is definitely the best one I’ve tried.
