The giveaway is open internationally and open until 26 September 2020, midnight CET. After that date I will randomly select 5 winners (one for each of the prizes). The winners will receive a message via e-mail so make sure you enter your email address when leaving your comment. Winners will be chosen at random, or if they are the only person who selected that prize. Once contacted the winner has 48 hours to respond to the e-mail to claim their prize. Only one entry per person is allowed. Packages will be shipped with standard shipping. Congratulations on the 10 years of blogging. I’ve been blogging for only 2.5 years, but I’m sure I’ll reach 10 years before getting bored of it because I really like the process of making blog post. I want to say that I enjoy your content to the moon and back and I admire you very much, and my question is related to that precisely. I’m also and English teacher and love, love, love makeup, and clothes and books and even though I’m extremely outgoing I still feel very self-conscious about having a YouTube channel and a blog my students can see. Do you ever feel like this? How do you overcome this? I admire you so much for this as I feel it’s a “fear” I can’t get over. My students are middle/high schoolers btw.

Happy to have found a local blogger who likes cool tones like me! Such a hard choice between the BH Love in London or the Lorac. But I’m usually a neutral girl so this would actually be a great opportunity to try a pop of blue, so my choice is nr. 2. My question for the Q&A is who is your favorite youtuber or blogger from the Netherlands or Belgium?
I can’t seem to delete or alter my previous comment. But I changed my mind, I’m never going to use the pops of blue in the BH palette. I’m going to accept that I’m just a pale neutral loving girl so…Lorac 3 is a better fit. When I moved to Germany 3 years ago, I was so impressed with the accessibility and prices from Catrice, Essence and Zoeva (also Makeup Revolution). I really trust your reviews and since I also have a light neutral (leaning yellow undertones) complexion, I love your highlighter and blush recomendations. Congratulations on your anniversary! I tried to keep a book blog some years ago but that didn’t last too long, so 10 years is admirable.
1) This was a very difficult decision… I would have been happy to get any of them. But I choose #5, the Lorac Pro 3 palette. I have never tried their products and I don’t really have a palette like this, neutral with lighter shades. Maybe this palette would be the one that would help me to achieve the neutral, everyday look, because for some reason whenever I try that, even with very neutral shades, sometimes all matte, I usually end up with a look that other women might wear when going clubbing…
2) I’ve been trying to think of a question that would be easy to ask and maybe also answer (chatting would be so much easier) but anyway, let me ask this: you have so many eyeshadow palettes that do you ever feel like you are neglecting some? Because I don’t have nearly as many and I wear eye makeup several times a week, rarely the same, either, but I still almost forget some even exist and then remember that I haven’t been using them for months, if not years. (Though one reason might be that I now own palettes that are of better quality, so I prefer to use them, not the cheaper ones I had bought before, even though they are not that bad.) Do you keep some kind of record? Because I started to do that and noticed I could go months without using the same palette more than a week…
