You know I love palettes but after doing a video all about my favorite neutral palettes in 2020, I realized that many of the palettes I featured are no longer available. If you consider Too Faced Chocolate Bar a neutral palette, I might say that. To me it looks fairly neutral, but is deeper than UD Naked 2 or Tartlette In Bloom. Although I’m very fair-skinned, I tend to go for deeper shadow because anything too light just doesn’t do it for me. I still look washed out.
Yes that would be a neutral palette but far too dark for me!
Oops, meant to say UD Naked 3. I don’t have 2 and I regret not getting it!
