Red is my favorite color and there is no part of my wardrobe that reflects that love better than my dress selection. I have plenty of red items in my wardrobe, but nothing beats a red dress in my book. I have casual dresses, party dresses and even some dresses that I would wear to special occasions. And what’s more: I often have a red lipstick to match. Here is how I would style my red dresses.

Lately I have been very much into wearing jackets and blazers. The style of jacket I love to wear most are bomber jackets. They add a very fun and casual vibe to any outfit, while keeping you warm at the same time. I also love how versatile they are. I love using a bomber jacket as the center piece of an outfit. So the ones I have are all quite statement. I decided to show you 5 different outfits with a bomber jacket.

In terms of dresses, I love a skater or fit and flare dress. But a few years ago I discovered tea dresses and they became an instant favorite. Tea dresses are a type of dress intended for day time wear and leave middle ground between casual and more formal. Which is why I like them! My style is quite casual, but I love how these can easily be dressed up or dressed down depending on how you wear them. As you will be able to see here, just by adding a different shoe, the dress can already have a very different look.

One of my more recent fashion revelations this year was wearing flared jeans. I used to wear them as a teenager, but always struggled as I am fairly short and flared jeans always come up fairly long. So they never fit right. Till I found a pair at Topshop and wore them tons already. I think they are also perfect for the fall time and I thought I’d show you how I would style up a pair of flared jeans.

Yellow is one of the IT colors for the summer season this year and I thought that I could show you how I like to wear yellow. Especially after last week’s fashion post where I showed you some of my recently worn outfits. There I wore a white dress with a yellow cardigan that many of you seemed to like, so I thought I’d show you some variations on that theme.

If you have had a look at any spring collection out there, then you will have noticed one thing: polka dots are back. Together with stripes, polka dots are a print that never go out of style and are simply timeless. This means I already own a few polka dot items that I thought would be good to style up. I very consciously strayed from adding any dresses in this blog post as that would just be cheating. Personally I love a polka dot dress with a fun shoe, but there is no challenge in styling that up. So for this blog post I have selected 5 clothing items from my wardrobe that might prove a little bit more challenging.

Recently I have been loving injecting a bit of leopard print in my wardrobe. I used to think that leopard print looked tacky, but if done right, it is one of the easiest to wear prints. It is versatile, easy to combine and a great neutral that pairs great with many colors.
