When I first wanted to try Kat Von D shadows, these metal crush eyeshadows had just been released. Since then, the brand has released these shadows in many different forms. There was the Metal Matte palette of course, but they now also do the metal mini. With that new release, these singles are now being phased out. However, since the idea of that palette is to mimic this formula, but in a palette form, I thought I would review these singles to give my take on this quite stunning formula.

Generally I have tried and liked a few Kat Von D products. From the Lock-It Concealer, Everlasting liquid lipsticks to the now sadly discontinued Monarch palette, Kat Von D does some pretty good products but I had yet to try the Shade & Light eyeshadow palettes. After hearing so many people rave about it and liking the contour palette (which I have yet to review), I was curious to try the only permanent eyeshadow palette currently in the Kat Von D line.

You will have seen this concealer propping up in my Shop My Stash posts from December and November and it’s therefore high time it gets its own review. The Kat Von D products I have tried so far I have liked, but I had yet to try some of her face products. With Kat Von D being a tattoo artist, I would of course have high hopes for the coverage of this concealer. I heard great things about this before I bought it. These are my thoughts.

This isn’t my first review of the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. In fact, I already did two before (here and here) and it is one of my favorite liquid lipstick formulas. So that this will be a raving review should come as no surprise. It is exactly because I like these so much that I decided to add three more shades to my collection. And I love them all.

Kat Von D makes some amazing make up products and after loving the two Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks I purchased at Sephora last year, I knew I wanted to try some more. So when I placed a Sephora order earlier this year, I decided to add some to my cart. Where I picked up a vampy and coral the first time round, this time I opted for 2 neutrals and a bright orange.

On Saturday I talked about one of the biggest 2015 make up trends already: banana powders. But 2015 saw more trends than that and one trend that definitely will not leave us very soon is the trend of the liquid lipstick. At the bottom of this post you will find links to each and every review I wrote on this blog on different types of liquid lipsticks. Today’s review however will focus on the best liquid lipstick I have tried up to this point: the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid lipsticks.

An item that had been on my Sephora wishlist for a long time, was the Kat Von D Monarch eye shadow palette. So when I want to the US last summer it was the first item I put in my shopping bag when I decided to go ahead and splurge and let some major make up madness happen. The result of which you can find here. What appealed to me about this palette was the fact that it is neutral, but not like your bog standard neutral or warm eye palette. This palette features a good mixture of both warm and cool toned shades and promises buttery soft shadows that are highly pigmented and of a great quality. Time to find out whether that is truly the case.
