That Milani can do some great makeup products is as clear as sunshine. They do some lovely lipsticks, blushes and their eyeshadow primer is one of my favorites on the market. So when I heard they were doing a line of holographic highlighters, I was all ears. I already tried their Afterglow highlighter which I really liked and made it into my top 15 favorite highlighters. So I was curious to try their Hypnotic Lights highlighter in Luster Light.Read more
One drugstore brand that does great eyeshadow? Milani. Previously I reviewed their Earthy Elements palette and loved it. Lately, the brand has been changing their eyeshadow range and are now doing 12 pan square palettes that are a bit more pricey, but that took the beauty community by storm. Because even though they are a bit more expensive than most drugstore eyeshadows, they are truly phenomenal. To see if that is truly the case, we will be having a closer look at their Soft & Sultry eyeshadow palette today.Read more
Eyeshadow primer is a makeup lovers dream. It makes sure your eyeshadow stays put and makes the color payoff more vibrant. Before I started watching youtube videos I had never even heard of it. It’s really one of those products that has slowly made its way onto the consumer market with the Urban Decay and Too Faced versions being the cult favorites. But when high end brands do something like this, drugstore brands can’t stay behind. Today we’re looking at the Milani eyeshadow primer.

Last Saturday, I showed you 6 of my favorite drugstore eyeshadow palettes. Almost all had already been reviewed, except for this one: the Milani Everyday Eyes Eyeshadow Collection in Earthy Elements. I found this stunner of a palette at a local make up shop that I’ve been loving this year. They sell all these hard to get brands and Milani is one of them. I had heard great things about these Milani palettes and decided to pick up the most warm toned version in the bunch. Here’s how I fared with it.

Liquid lipsticks are still very much on trend and it’s great that some more affordable brands have started putting them out as well. Milani is not that affordable where I live, as it has to be imported, but I was still very curious after people raving about their Amore Matt and Amore Mattallics lip creams. Make Up By Tatou, a newly launched beauty shop in my town, happened to stock both varieties. I picked up some to give them a shot.

A long overdue review is the one I am bringing you today. I bought both of these Milani blushes last summer and they were an instant hit in my make up collection. In fact, one of these blushes even made it into my 2015 favorites. So it is no surprise that I really wanted to review these for you. So please read on to find out my exact thoughts on Milani’s Luminoso and Tea Rose blushes.

Drugstore (thus budget friendly), matte (thus full on color and super longlasting) lipstick is hard to come by. In Europe at least it is. Catrice has the odd number here and there, Rimmel discontinued their ‘red’ Kate Moss line and Hema has a few decent ones, be it in uninspiring colors. A truly affordable matte lipstick is something that’s missing in the Dutch drugstores. That is why, I decided to try out a few from across the border: the US to be exact. During my trip last summer, I hit up CVS and bought some Milani Matte lipsticks to try out.
