For a while now, Tarte has been making some of my favorite blushes. I bought two of them a few years ago in Seduce and Achiote and I have been loving them ever since. The shade range is not my favorite, but one shade that I had been lusting after for a while is a stunning red called Natural Beauty. For a while it was more difficult to find and it seemed it had been discontinued. But for a year or so it is now back and so when I was in the US, I decided to buy it.Read more
Thursday = video time and I realized I hadn’t done a 3 looks 1 palette in a while. These videos just take a bit of time to film and organize and I just hadn’t had the time. Today’s video features the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom eyeshadow palette. It is one of my favorite neutral, everyday palettes and so I figured it would be a good option to do some looks with. It was also voted for on my Youtube channel’s community tab as the palette people wanted to see, so let’s just get to it.Read more
So let’s get something out of the way first: I bought this concealer LONG before the Tarte drama happened earlier this year. So before you think I bought this just now, no, I have owned this concealer for more than a year, but hadn’t really gotten around to using it intensively enough to write a full review. I like trying a product for a while, in different conditions, before I post my verdict on this space. Recently, I decided to bust this out again to truly give it a whirl. What do I think?

In terms of foundation, I am not too adventurous. I usually just stick to my drugstore favorites and it has taken some time for me to expand and become interested into some more high end foundations. I definitely have a few higher end options on my wishlist right now and there are a few more that I already acquired. One such foundation was the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea foundation.

Eyeshadow palettes: my one true makeup love. And I have been acquiring a few again. I plan to review them all and one of those new additions to my makeup collection is Tarte’s Tartelette Toasted eyeshadow palette. Everyone went crazy for warm toned shadows in 2017 and Tarte was a little bit late to hop on the bandwagon. However, the Tartelette palettes are some of their most popular and the In Bloom version is one of my all time favorite palettes. Will I love Toasted just as much?

The Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes are infamous for being some of the best blushes on the market. I already owned one in Achiote: a soft coral shade that is perfect for spring/ summer but that no longer seems to be available. Since I loved the formula so much, I decided to also buy a more muted and everyday option from the line. This was my pick.

Tarte is a brand that I think is best known for their blushes. Known to be longwearing (they promise 12 hours of wear time), these blushes pop up in many beauty favorites and make up collections. A while ago, I decided to buy my first Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in the shade Achiote. Here’s what I think.
