The highlighter craze has not yet passed, but by now there are so many different highlighters that it is difficult to discern which ones are the best. And finding that affordable gem is of course always a great thing to find. Enter the Wet N Wild Megaglo Highlighters. Affordable. Raved about. But what do I think?Read more
Wet N Wild blushes are much raved about as being some of the best blush products in the drugstore. I bought one in Mellow Wine years ago, but I hardly wore it. The reason? It just wasn’t my shade. It was a bit dark and I had a hard time getting it to blend in nicely. So I had to use a very light hand and most of the year the color just wasn’t a great match for me. I ended up decluttering in, but I did like the formula enough that I figured: if I got two different shades that suit me more, I’m sure I’d use it more. And I couldn’t have been more right.

The Wet N Wild Photofocus foundation is a cult favorite by now and I was lucky enough to snatch one up from the US drugstore when I visited last year. Since they only had a few shades left, I picked one up that was a tad light for me during the summer, which is why I am only getting round to reviewing this now. Is this as good as everyone says it is?

We are still on the color themes of the 30 day make up challenge. The first 10 rounds are, and we are now at round no. 3 which calls for a green make up look. I went with this very autumnal looks, with a mossy green eye and a plum colored lip. It’s a mix of both drugstore and high end products, so I hope you enjoy!
On these pictures the eyes look kind of muted down, but in real life it looked much smokier and heavier. I don’t mind the subtle though. It’s a nice touch combined with that fairly bold lip color. And very fall like if you ask me: the lip color is a deep burgundy shade which makes this so much more fall appropriate.

I realized after taking the pics, that it looks like I have a patch of bare skin in my crease. As you may see on the pictures where I have my eyes open, you will see I have quite the fold and I applied the crease color with my eyes open. You only see it when I close my eyes anyway which, during the day, I don’t usually have.
