Travel report: Rome

Travel report: Rome

It took a while for me to do this blog post, but I seriously had no time to go through my pictures to make a selection on what to use for this blog post. But even though it’s been almost three weeks since I went to Rome, all those memories are still fresh in my brain to be sharing them with you. You may have already seen my beauty haul with all the bits I picked up while I was in Italy. Today I will be telling you all about what I actually did. It’s a long one, so grab a cuppa and enjoy!

Bands I hope to see at Pukkelpop

Bands I hope to see at Pukkelpop

Pukkelpop is a Belgian music festival that I went to last year as well. That was my first ever summer music festival that lasted more than just a day. I had been to my fair share of concerts, but music festivals were not so much my thing. Music however is, so it was only a matter of time before I would attend one and last year was such a big success that I am going to not one, but two music festival. I already went to Rock Werchter in July and as we speak I am attending Pukkelpop. Here’s what I hope to see while I’m here, including some links to the music.

Imagine Dragons

Surfer Blood

Villagers: because their latest album a amazing

Nine Inch Nails

Lord Huron

Yellow Claw

Chvrches: because they are one of the most raved about indiepop groups of 2013

Daughter: again one of the most buzzed about bands of the year

The Prodigy

Clock Opera: because I know one song from years ago and still like it

Alabama Shakes

Kodaline: because I just found out I already downloaded most of their album anyway

!!!: because I love their latest album

Bonobo: I downloaded 3 songs so let’s see what this sounds like live.

Frightened Rabbit

Bat for Lashes

The XX

Pfff what a list that is and I actually picked a ton more, but I just know I won’t be able to see everything I want to see. Oh the agony of choice!

Any bands here that you would like to see live? Or are you going to any music festivals yourself?
