Maybelline and L’Oreal and solid drugstore brands that have been around for a long time and have a very consistent offering. But are they doing the newest and best things at the drugstore? While they have a bunch of great evergreens that I think are always good, they aren’t the types of brands that innovate and bring many new things to the table. But what are some Maybelline and L’Oreal products that are actually good? Let’s discuss!
So the question we are asking is: is it worth it? And my answer to that question is: not always no. Not only are these brands some of the most expensive ones in my local drugstore, they are also very hard to find. And that may seem strange, but where I am at, both these brands take ages to release their new products over here. And when we get them they don’t do the entire shade range AND change the names. From a content creation stand point they just make it way too hard to get things done. But yeah, they do some good things, but I find them hard to find.
