I figured it was time to show you a super in-depth eyeshadow tutorial. I do my eyeshadow almost the same way every single day I do it. I have just found my go to way of applying my makeup over time and this works for me very well. I have hooded/ deepset eyes which means I have quite a few challenges as to how my eyeshape influences what does and doesn’t work. So I figured I could do a super detailed step-by-step guide on how I do my eyeshadow.

This is one of those ‘trust the process’ kinds of videos. It always looks a little crazy at first, but by adding different steps the look really comes together. I used 9 shades to put this look together, but you can do very similar steps with far fewer shades. I tend to use anywhere from 3 – 4 up to 9 – 10 shadows at a given time. These steps work well for me and it allows me to test out eyeshadow the way I do.
