Fall/ winter is the fashion season for buying clothing items to invest in. It’s the season where you want to spend a bit of extra money on a fashion items that keep you warm, that may be weather resistant, but that are cool at the same time. Because you will be wearing them a lot and it is the first item that most people usually see as well. And not only that, if you spend a bit more money on something, you of course also want it to last. So you want items that are not only practical and stylish, but that will can be used for a few years as well. These are clothing items that I like to invest in.
In terms of dresses, I love a skater or fit and flare dress. But a few years ago I discovered tea dresses and they became an instant favorite. Tea dresses are a type of dress intended for day time wear and leave middle ground between casual and more formal. Which is why I like them! My style is quite casual, but I love how these can easily be dressed up or dressed down depending on how you wear them. As you will be able to see here, just by adding a different shoe, the dress can already have a very different look.

Prints are some of my favorite way to add a pop to an outfit. Depending on the print you are wearing you can style up an outfit in a more classic, fun, statement way. I love how a print elevates any outfit from basic to something more. So I love wearing prints. Be it full on in a dress or more subtly in a shoe. I like playing around with combining different prints too, but mostly I love combining prints with different textures. Here is how I would style up 5 different prints.
It is fall time and that means I am busting out my warmer clothing again. My favorite thing to wear in the fall time: cardigans, hands down. I know not everyone likes cardigans, but I find they layer well over skirts and dresses and they really suit my body type. That is why today I am sharing with you my 5 favorite cardigans.
September was quite the Indian summer and I have been crazing wearing all of my fall outfits. Fall means shirts and skirts and lost of dresses for me. I love wearing thinner tights and this is the season to wear them and it allows me to bust out so many different outfits. I wore only one pair of jeans in 2+ weeks! That is quite the achievement. So what did I wear? Here are some samples.

Western boots is one style of shoe that never goes out of style. They come back in slightly different renditions all the time. Mine are from Asos and I bought them a year or two ago. I had been lusting after a pair for ages, but couldn’t find the right ones. Till I found these ones. They are ankle height, have a pointed toe, patent leather in a slightly contrasting color and they have steel tips and heels. And they are super versatile.

I’ve decided to rename my Random Outfits to What I Wore. Don’t know why I didn’t think of it before, but these blog posts are more of an overview of a few outfits that I managed to capture throughout a few weeks or so. We’ve been having quite the Indian summer here and so I have been wearing some hot weather outfits that I wouldn’t usually wear in September. Here’s what I wore recently.
