Remember that delicious cheesecake I made over Christmas? Well the girl who originally made that cake isn’t only a great cook, but she’s even better at make up. For Christmas she made a make up look called Sugar Plum Fairy and I thought it so pretty that I wanted to remake it.Today, I suddenly had the urge to play around with make up and so I decided to give it a shot. This is what it turned out to be:
I think I did pretty okay! Unfortunately I don’t have that much space between my eyelid and my eyebrow and I have a naturally deep crease so with my eye open the purple pretty much vanishes. But all in all I am not displease. The purple liner really give is a bit of oompf and this would be so much fun to wear for a party. Now I’m think that come Carnaval this February I might have to go dressed up with a fairy just so I can redo this look!
Here are the products I’ve used:
NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow pencil in Milk (not on picture), MAC Nylon (inner corner), MAC Dazzlelight (highlight), MAC Cranberry (outer corner), Inglot (purple) outer V & crease, Barry M Dazzledust in 88 Winterberry over the Inglot purple, MAC blacktrack gel eyeliner, Sleek glitter liner in Rebel, Maybelline One by One mascara.
Face:
Garnier BB cream, MAC Studio Sculpt Concealer NW 15, MAC Mineralized Skin Finish Natural in Medium, NYX cream blush in Boho Chic, Sephora Sun Disk Bronzer in Light, Famous Bronzer/ Highlight in Miami.
Lips:
Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in Summer Pink.

Love it! So glad the eyeliner turned out to be a good option!
It’s perfect! I got that much glitter on with just one stroke! No kidding.
[…] If you’ve been with the online beauty community for a while, you will remember this one. NYX Milk is a beauty guru standard, and I bought it because everyone was raving about it. Granted, I do not use it that often. I much prefer using darker shades for intensifying my look. If I am looking to brighten it up, and make colors look more vibrant rather than intense, I go for this one. This one is especially nice under brighter shades such as yellows and oranges and I don’t use those a whole lot, but this is a good one to have. I used it in this make up look. […]
