Bath & Body Works Twilight Woods Shower Gel

If there is one type of beauty product I cannot get enough of, it’s shower gel. I love the different scents and formulas. When I visited the US over summer I picked up 2 shower gels from Bath & Body Works. Known for its candles and other bath and shower products, Bath & Body Works is one of those stores everyone raves about, so I had to check it out. One of the scents that immediately jumped out to me was Twilight Woods.

I hadn’t heard much about the shower gels yet. Mostly it’s just candles but the minute I tried these I knew I had to take them back. The smell of this is just amazing. It’s strong and woodsy: like the smell of wet leaves after a rainstorm. I personally love that as it is a warm scent, perfect for colder days and so I have been loving using this during winter. The promise of this shower gel being infused with shea made me very curious to try it. This is what Bath & Body Works has to say:

And oh boy are they right! Bubbliest lather? Check! Moisturizing? Check! Hypnotic blend? Check! This has quickly become my favorite shower gel. Its thick and gloopy substance spreads out into the thickest foam I have ever found in a shower gel. Not to mention the fact that it isn’t drying to my skin in the least bit.
The shower gel has a purply color. I couldn’t get it to lather as nicely as it does with my shower puff on the back of my hand, but you get the idea. The formula is simply perfect as it feels silky smooth and actually seems to do more than just clean my skin. I already mentioned how much I love the scent. This has become my favorite late night shower scent. It has a very soothing factor which makes it perfect to use right before going to bed. It definitely adds to the quality of my beauty sleep.
If you can get your hands on this I would definitely recommend you try it. My bottle is almost gone by now and I’m already researching ways of buying it online. That’s how much I love it and the only downside to this: it’s only available from the US or by outlets online.
