Time for some #nailspiration! Spring is finally here, which means I busted out those pastel shades and bright, crazy colors. I used some affordable polishes by Barry M and Rimmel, but also a couple of OPIs made it through this round of nail lacquering. Here’s what I’ve been wearing on my nails.
Rimmel Rita Rouge
Not sure if you can still get this, but if you can than please do. This is one of the BEST dark red nail polishes in my collection. I love the formula, love the brush and the best part? This stayed on for more than a week. Talking about long lasting!
Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Stop the Clock
Barry M’s Speedy Quick Dry formula is one of my favorites. It isn’t as good as their Gelly Hi-shines, but it still works like a dream. I especially love how it has a bunch of great soft pastel shades that work. Take this light yellow for instance. Isn’t she gorge?
OPI That’s Berry Daring
One of my first ever OPI purchases and still going strong? That’s Berry Daring is a hot pink, but it has a more fuchsia undertone. It looks like it has a blue shift to it in the lighting of the picture, but in daylight it mostly looks like a great, bright in your face fuchsia that makes for a great stand out nail.
OPI I Can Never Hut Up (Fuji Collection)
From one of the oldest to one of the newest polishes in my collection. OPI’s Fuji collection didn’t look too appealing to me at first. However, when I saw these in store, this grey shade just called my name. It has a subtle duochrome shift to it that pulls a yellowish green if the light hits it just right. This is definitely something I didn’t have yet.
Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Huckleberry
One of my favorite nail polishes for spring is Huckleberry by Barry M. This is a very white based baby blue, which makes it different from most baby blue shades I own. It’s is very bright and fresh and this polish pretty much sums up spring in a bottle of nail polish for me.
OPI Don’t Bossanova Me Around (Brazil Collection)
If OPI gets one thing right, it’s nude nail polish. I have a few by them and I love each one. For spring time, this is my particular favorite. It has a clear pink undertone which I find works very well against my skin tone. Not only does it look flattering, it’s also one of those shades that makes your hands look a little bit more tan.
What have you been wearing on your nails?

Barry M do some great polishes indeed.
Nice colours 😉
I like these colors! I’ve always been a neutral colored fan myself, and I really like grays a lot too. 🙂
If you get a chance, check out my latest OOTD post! The dress I featured is on sale!
