Creating Fantasy Palettes

creating fantasy palettes

If I had to pick a favorite makeup item, then you know it would be eyeshadow. Up to 2019, I was mainly focusing on buying stand alone palettes. But last year I wanted to try more indie brands and a lot of their shadow is only available as single pans. So I became more focused on my single shadow collection. Still, I struggle to wear these and make combinations. I mostly reach for one or two shades at a time, so I high time to try and make a change. Let’s see if I can draw some inspiration for using my singe shadow collection to build some custom palettes with curated color stories.

I really liked this. It reminds me of “Art In Bloom” when the museums match up flower bouquets with the paintings. I’d like to see some of your looks from this!

Thanks! I would like to create some looks, but am in the midst of grading season so I have little to no time. But I’ll see what I can do.
