Merry Christmas!! Today is Christmas Day and my gift to you is a video all about my top 10 favorite eyeshadow palettes for the winter time. But I could also have called this my top 10 favorite cool toned eyeshadow palettes, because most of these are cool toned. Are you surprised? I surely wasn’t. I like to go for light shades as the winter time is when I am at my fairest and my undertone is at its coolest. So that definitely influences my makeup choices for this season.
