Can you remember the last time I posted an overview of outfits of the day on this blog? Me neither! It must have been right before lockdown happened, because at least two of the outfits featured here date back from the week we went into the first lockdown here more than a year ago. Of course I wore clothes in the mean time, but just not often enough where I remembered to take pictures of my outfits. However, now that I have been going into work more often, I have also been taking some pictures again. So I now finally have enough to share with you in one overview. Let’s have a look at some outfits of the day.
OOTD: What I Wore #14
There are 6 outfits here. So let me tell you what I am wearing in each picture.

Right: outfit 2
Outfit no. 1 in this overview is all about the dress. This dress is by Monki and I got it in spring last year. I know not many people have been shopping for clothes as they weren’t wearing them. I love that I didn’t stop wearing clothes as I have so many pieces now that still feel brand new and lovely. It is a very long, tiered madaxi dress on (that’s between a midi and a maxi). I paired it with a pair of knee high black riding boots from Zara and kept it very basic otherwise.
Outfit no. 2 is one that I love because this is just my spring style in a nutshell. I wore it to work a few weeks ago and lots of colleagues loved the blouse. It’s an & Other Stories blouse in a stunning raspberry pink with a teal paisley print and a pussybow tie. The tie is removable so you can wear this blouse in multiple ways. The jeans are Topshop Straight Leg which are my current favorite straight leg jeans. I finished off the look with a pair of Vagabond patent leather boots.

Outfit no. 3 is another very recent outfit. You can just see that I love a good blouse and jeans combo. I love that mix of something feminine and masculine especially by going for a very ditsy floral print. The blouse is by Monki (they do the best blouses!) and I am wearing it with my Topshop Mom jeans which I have fallen in love with and are now my favorite pair of jeans. I paired the outfit with my favorite pair of light boots which is my pair of Clarks Desert Boots.
Outfit no. 4 was one I wore last fall, but this another one of those outfits that would be perfect for a cooler spring day and we have been having lots of those. So this outfit has been a staple for me. I am wearing a black Weekday t-shirt under a grey & Other Stories wool cardigan that buttons up all the way. I am wear it with the Topshop Straight Leg jeans again (yes they are my favorite pair so I have been wearing them loads all fall/ winter). Here we see a slightly different shoe. This is my pair of Dr. Marten’s Emmeline lace up boots.

Outfit no. 5 is an oldie as this one dates back to March 2020 and actually, one of the items I am wearing is no longer in my wardrobe. I decluttered the green cardigan last summer when I did a major wardrobe clearout. It was by Vila but it just shrank and didn’t look it’s best. I have purchased a different forest green cardigan since then. And I also think the grey t-shirt I no longer have as this is the one I had by Forever 21 that also got old and tired. The skirt I do still have and it’s by Topshop. And I paired it with a pair of forest green brogues (difficult to see because of the lighting) but they are by Clarks and they are a mix of smooth leather, patent leather and suede.
Outfit no. 6 is the last outfit I wore before we went into lockdown and life changed tremendously. I remember putting on this dress on for the first time in years after not fitting into it for a while. So I had to share it. It is a great floral color blocking dress with a bit of a neon accent. The dress is by Only. The basic black cardigan is H&M and I am wearing one of my many pairs of black Chelsea boots. From what I can tell these look like my pointed toe pair by Vagabond but I can’t be sure as it’s been more than a year.
