What is the best spring eyeshadow palette? That is a question we are tackling today. I have a list of 15 palettes for you that I love for the spring time. Spring/ summer is where we bring out the warm tones! The pinks! And all things periwinkle. So since I have such firm favorites I like to show you those every year.
