It’s that time of year again: mid-season sale. Mid-season sale is of course a weak excuse for stores to keep us shopping and getting us into shops, but hey, when you love to shop you spend too much time in stores to begin with and getting items at a discount is always nice. And so I’ve been scouring the interwebs looking for some cool items. This is my mid-season sale wishlist.
First there is good old, trusty H&M. I found this maxi skirt on sale and it’s the first one I actually like:
This skirt now costs €9.95. Another item that I’ve been eyeballing for some time is this dark green bag:
Unfortunately it is not on sale and it retails for €39.95, but oh my gosh I am so in love with this bag!
My other wish list is from Asos.com and if you follow me on twitter, you may have already seen some of these pieces.
The first item I found at Asos is this fabulous dress:
At €30 this dress has some fabulous colors, it has pleats and I just really really love this look. Perfect for fall when you pair it with a cardigan or a long sleeved shirt and some thick tights.
My second item is another dress:
At €28 I think this dress would make a perfect LDB! Again it’s got pleats and other than that it is nice and simple. I find it a very classy dress. You could wear this however way you want it: with more black for a more sophisticated look, but also with some brighter accessories like belts and cardigans for a more funky look.
Then there are two blouses which I really like. One thing that is totally ‘in’ right now is the so-called Peter Pan collar and when I saw this blouse I just fell in love:
I don’t have a lot of classy blouses. All the blouses I have are patterned or whatever. I’ve decided to up the anti and bring in some items that could be combined with blazers but which are also cool to wear on its own. This blouse retails for around €26.
Last but not least, another blouse. This fits in with my need of adding some classier, simpler blouses that are suitable for all occasions. I think the soft nude pink color of this would go nicely with my blonde hair.
This one retails for €23.
Now the big question is will it fit? I’ve never shopped with Asos before so that’s one big guess. I plan on ordering the blouses one size bigger than I usually am. That way they may be a bit baggy, but since they are not super tailored and I’ve got a nice bosom to fill up the item, I think I should be fine.
