NOTW: Festive green nail art creation

I suddenly had this idea for making a new nail art creation. Again, it’s something very simple nor is it super fancy, but I think it’s cute and the colors are a perfect match to the time of year. This is the result:

As you can see I went with a seafoam green base coat, added a single stripe in a deep forest green and topped it with a glittery green topcoat. I think the glitters add just enough sparkle to make this a festive nail look and the greens are great colors for this time of year. Wouldn’t you agree?

Here are the products I’ve used:

Base coat: Etos Nail Hardener in Very Strong

Top coat: Seche Vite Fast Drying top coat

Colors: OPI Mermaid’s Tears (Pirates of the Caribbean collection LE), Gosh Forest Floor (also LE, but I don’t know the name of the collection), Essence Nail Art Twins Glitter Topper in 06 Edward.

There you have it! I saw a really cool and cute winter themed nail art tutorial on youtube the other day, so I’m hoping to make that next week or whenever I feel like getting creative again.
