Selling my old computer

Since I just recently bought a new computer I’ve decided to try selling my old one. I’ve posted an ad on the Dutch version of Craigslist. You can find the original advertisement here:

For sale: Compaq laptop/notebook approx. 2.5 years old

Specs:
HP/Compaq Presario CQ71 Notebook PC
Windows Vista Home Premium met Service Pack 2
Pentium Dual Core CPU T4200 2.00 GHz
4 GB RAM
17″ inch monitor
2 USB 2.0 ports
Interne DVD Rom-player/ burner: Opitarc DVD RW AD-7561 SATA
HDMI & VGA
SD card slot

Notebook still works fine but can be a tad slow. Battery has hardly been used as I kept it in a drawer 95% of the time and is still fully functioning.

The two main issues it has are the fact that it sometimes refuses to play audio on online videos (such as Youtube), but this is simply a matter of updating the registry and you’re good to go. Also, the backspace key is missing it’s plastic cap, but the button itself still works fine. I also have the recovery CDs to restore the computer back to factory settings..

My current asking price is 200 euros.

I am willing to send it by mail, but that will require the buyer to pay for shipping and handling. I will accept paypal for any transactions. If you live in Holland you can come pick it up and pay in cash as well.

So anyone interested in buying this from me? If not, please pass on the message and tell your friends!

This will be a great notebook for people who aren’t into doing any computer heavy tasks such as graphic video games or photosoftware, but who are interested in word processing and sending out the occasional email.
