Time to show you some food pictures! This is an overview of most of my summer time foods. There aren’t as many pictures as usual, as I also showed you a full week in food when I did a short stint of low carb and sugar free eating in August. You can see those meals here. But for now I will show you some other meals I had.

The first meal was a little treat myself moment during my summer vacation. I went to Bagels & Beans and got an oatmeal bagel with walnut & honey cream cheese and a cup of tea.

My favorite summer breakfast: yoghurt, berries and coconut shavings!

For my birthday I did some baking: a cheesecake and healthier brownies.

Another treat myself moment with some sushi!! I love ordering sushi when I am craving something that isn’t too great for you, but I am trying to be a little bit healthier and forego fastfood.

Summer = smoothie time. This is a berry one.

Dinner wise I’m been seriously into curries. Especially green curry with prawns and stir fry veggies. And yes, I don’t have this with rice.

Another low carb type meal (I mostly eat low carb meals for most of my meals on the regular). Just some grilled salmon and some broccoli.

More smoothies! There’s a few more to come. This is a raspberry peach number.

And then I got back into carbs! I love myself some pasta. I found this pasta at my health food store that is supposed to be easier to digest. So far so good and I made a nice veggie based sauce with of course plenty of cheese on top.

Another smoothie! I love peaches in my smoothies. This is an all peach one, hence the pale color.

Something that is so easy to make is just some asparagus with some chipolata sausages. Quick and easy, but this always works. Tip: I love sauteing asparagus in plenty of butter.

And last but not least: another smoothie. Sometimes I add protein powder and sometimes I do not. It varies depending on what I want to take from my smoothie.
