It’s not cheap and it’s definitely an investment, but if you are looking for a matte lipstick that is worth every penny, then this is the lipstick for you. Charlotte Tilbury is a luxury makeup brand. Think Chanel, Dior, and then there is also this gorgeous brand. I have several of the brand’s products and I have loved them all. From the eyeshadow palettes, to the lip liners and also the matte lipsticks. At €32.50 for a single lipstick, this is pricey, but I’ll gladly pay it for one of my favorite lipstick formulas on the market.

This lipstick stays on for 5 – 6 hours even while you are eating and drinking. Despite the long wear time, this never feels dry or wears down in an ugly way. I feel that with this, you truly get a lot of bang for your buck as it is one of the best matte formulas on the lipstick market.

On me, this lipstick is a deep plummy red, but depending on your natural lip color, this may pull more purple or more red. I think this is a universally flattering shade and could work on so many different skin tones. This will look stunning on a darker complexion too for instance.
