Did you know that you can make brown eyes pop by wearing navy blue eyeshadow? It is one of my favorite ways of quickly elevating an otherwise neutral look to a new level and so today I am sharing with you my top 10 favorite navy eyeshadow.
Even though navy is a blue shade, you can do so much with it. It is great for a pop of color on the lower lash line, eyeliner on the top lash line or if you want something bolder and more intense you can go for a full own navy smokey eye. These would be my recommendations.
