Welcome to October! And welcome to a new makeup releases. This is another giant overview of lots of new makeup that has been announced. Since it’s October we get all the Halloween bits so let’s chat!
There are definitely some fun releases that have been announced, but do we need it all? Of course not. So hear me ramble about all my thoughts on these new makeup releases and watch me decide what goes onto the wishlist.
