What are the best multichromes? Shifty shades are beautiful, but it can be hard to judge them from looking at pictures and let’s not talk about what they look like in the pan. Some of the shifts just don’t show up. My advice: don’t go crazy and only buy a couple and don’t chase down every multichrome in every palette. If you want some: invest in a few singles and call it a day.
If you are a magpie like me you love these, but I learned my lesson over time and know that not all multichromes are created equal. And that as pretty as some of these look, they do not always tell the whole story. I don’t think need this many singles and if I could do it again I would certainly invest in just a handful of these and call it a day.
