My 5 favorite bags

When it comes to bags, I used to be an absolute hoarder. Nowadays, not so much. I mostly use my Herschel backpack or an old leather satchel for work and so my other bags get little to no use. Only on days off will I use my other bags. I still have a few and apart from the two previously mentioned, I have a few bags that I thoroughly enjoy wearing. This is them.

I numbered the picture to make it easier for you to know which bag I’m talking about. Okay, here it goes.

1.) Pieces small black bag with chain

So yes, this bag is a Chanel knock off. Or at least heavily inspired by their bags. Luckily for me, when I bought this, I was blissfully unaware of this and still like this. It doesn’t fit much. My purse, phone and keys is all it will hold, but it’s a great bag to take with you if you’re heading out for drinks or meeting someone for lunch. It is a very classic looking bag and goes with so many different outfits that you can do no wrong.

2.) Knock off Louis Vuitton

This isn’t my proudest purchase. When I bought this I was vaguely aware of this being a knock off, but didn’t really care. I’ve had it for years thought and bought it off a vendor in New York. The best part about this bag is that it is the bag that keeps on giving. Like Mary Poppins’ bag, this bag just allows you to stuff more in. I once traveled with just this as my carry on luggage on a plane. The shape allows you to but some larger items on the bottom, and then smaller ones at the top. Allowing you to store quite a bit into this bag, as long as you pack wisely.

3.) H&M Grey tote

A tote bag is always a good one to have. H&M does different varieties of these every year, and when I bought it, I just fell in love with this pale grey shade. This was actually a gift of my mom, as she bought it for me when we went shopping together. What makes me love this bag, is the fact that it fits me very well. Most totes fall off my shoulders, but this one stays put as the handles are just the right size. I also use this all the time: as an overnight bag, as a carry on, to work, etc. Very versatile and practical.

4.) Forever 21 Tan backpack

Doesn’t this bag just look super cool? I use this as hand luggage/ travel bag all the time. I hardly ever use it when I’m at home. But the minute I’m traveling this has to come with. The reason being the ease of use and how it can carry a lot but not be overly heavy. It also has multiple pockets which allow you to store your items in an easy way. Despite this being a backpack, this has a flap and underneath that a zipper. Which means that if you close it nicely, it’s one of the safest bags I own.

5.) H&M Taupe & rose gold small messenger bag

My final favorite bag is this messenger bag. The best bag for running errands and shopping. It can fit quite a bit: a bottle of water, extra bags for what ever it is you’re shopping and it will fit all your usual items on top of that. This bag is so handy because you can hang it cross body so your hands are free and you can still keep it close to you, so you don’t run the risk of getting your purse stolen. On top of that I just love the way this looks and again: it goes with everything.
