If you’ve been following my music of the moment posts, then you’ll know I don’t like your every day, run of the mill, type music. But now I’ve found something even more amazing: 1920s jazz. I already was familiar with rag time and Charleston music but the recordings are sometimes so awful that listening to it is a drag. But now I found that there is a soundtrack to Boardwalk Empire. Especially for the series, HBO had some old standards rerecorded to ensure modern standard quality. And I’m in love. Listen to both CDs in full below!
