Full face of Maybelline

One of my favorite drugstore brands? Maybelline! Yes I love Catrice, but Maybelline is a close second. They have some amazing products, I have sworn by their mascaras for years and I think they are very consistent in what they put out there. Hence my love for them. I therefore though I could pick up my full face of… series by having a grand old mooch about all things Maybelline!

    My favorite Maybelline product is definitely The Falsies Push-up Angel mascara in waterproof. It’s the only mascara that actually makes my lashes stand out. I have black lashes, dark, hooded eyes, black eye brows and often times I can’t get mascara to show up. My Mom always says “You look nice, but put some mascara on” and I’m like “I’m wearing 3 coats!” But with Maybelline it thickens, lengthens and doesn’t clump. You can actually see my lashes. And of course I love the price-point! I also love their “Colossal Big Shot” tinted primer, but sadly, it looks to be discontinued. For concealer I LOVE the Maybelline Master Conceal. It’s one of the BEST, better than concealers that cost far more. I used to use Age Rewind concealer, I still have some left, and I like that one too. Now what baffles me is how great some of their products are, and how lousy others are. You are SO right when you say they don’t have good eye shadow. I abhor Maybelline eye shadow, it’s definitely low end. I haven’t tried their lipstick so I don’t know. Sorry for the long reply!

      Yup! It’s something Maybelline just doesn’t seem to be getting right. Their eyeshadows are so so terrible.
